Our client, a highly respected manufacturer within the flooring industry, is seeking a Territory Manager to lead client relationships and market development across their Edmonton based territory. Based within the Greater Edmonton area, this role covers accounts reaching south to Red Deer and north to Grand Prairie. It’s a well-developed region with a strong dealer base, and immense, untapped potential.
This is more than a sales role. It’s about reigniting the territory, strengthening dealer partnerships, and bringing exciting new products and collections to market. The Role
- Reconnect with existing dealer partners, reinforcing loyalty, presence, and service across the territory
- Champion new product launches through dealer training, education, and support
- Drive growth by developing new accounts and building a strong sales pipeline
- Act as a responsive, trusted representative for all dealer needs in the region
- Deliver results in a territory that is performing but ready for significant growth
- Previous sales experience in flooring or closely related building materials
- Strong knowledge of dealer channels serving residential and light commercial markets
- Proven ability to build lasting relationships and grow territory sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a self-starter mindset
- Comfortable traveling throughout the territory as required for appropriate coverage and face time with customers
