The ideal candidate is a visible, relationship-oriented culturally aligned, dynamic, results-driven executive with proven track record leading a growth-oriented, design-focused building products manufacturing or related businesses that sells into the builder/developer channel. This leader will bring the strategic discipline, sales expertise, commercial acumen, and operational leadership needed to scale Taymor’s presence in the Canadian and targeted U.S. residential developer markets while strengthening and complementing the corporate culture. Their career path has ideally allowed them to gain insights to the unique nature of family business.

Operationally, they have in-depth understanding of third-party manufacturing, product development, and inventory management in a design-oriented environment where agility is paramount.

The candidate’s success stems from their commitment to driving operational discipline while maintaining the agility required to accelerate speed to market, effectively positioning their company for sustainable expansion both in Canada and the U.S.
