Job Description

As a Product Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll provide essential support to the Product Marketing team by helping organize projects, track progress, and coordinate with other departments. You’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring visibility into the teams ongoing work, and assisting with administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a marketing team operates.

Location: Hybrid 3 days per week from our Vancouver, BC office: 601 W Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V6B 1M8

Minimum Qualifications:

  • You have at least 1–2 years of experience in marketing admin support, project coordination, business operations support and are interested in product marketing.
  • You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and other business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams) and can quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • You can demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on track.
  • You are detail-oriented and thorough in documenting updates, reports, and meeting notes.
  • You can communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal form, including with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • You are proactive and resourceful in solving problems and following through on tasks.
  • You are based in Vancouver, BC, and able to work in a hybrid from our office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Support





Assist in tracking Product Marketing projects and maintaining clear records of progress, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Team Coordination





Help facilitate communication and alignment with other departments when the Product Marketing team has cross-functional needs.

  • Operational Assistance





Support the use of team tools and processes to ensure workstreams are organized and easy to follow.

  • Administrative Tasks





Assist with purchase order processing, vendor requests, and the use of internal Sage systems to move projects forward.

  • Documentation & Reporting





Summarize meetings, capture project updates, and help prepare reports that give visibility into team activities.

  • General Team Support





Provide day-to-day assistance on various tasks that keep the Product Marketing team efficient and focused.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, education, and experience. Certain provinces in Canada require job postings to include a reasonable estimate of the salary range applicable to the role. For this role, in those locations, the target base salary range for new hires is C$63,000 to C$80,000. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in a bonus plan (15%) based on company and individual performance. Our talent acquisition team will provide specific opportunities on our bonus or incentive programs. The range listed is just one component of the Sage total compensation package.
