Job Description
As a Product Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll provide essential support to the Product Marketing team by helping organize projects, track progress, and coordinate with other departments. You’ll play a key role in keeping the team running smoothly by assisting with day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring visibility into the teams ongoing work, and assisting with administrative needs. This role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn how a marketing team operates.
**This role is not open to visa sponsorship. Candidates must have current work authorization for the location listed and not require sponsorship now or in the future to be considered**
Location: Hybrid 3 days per week from our Vancouver, BC office: 601 W Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V6B 1M8

Minimum Qualifications:
- You have at least 1–2 years of experience in marketing admin support, project coordination, business operations support and are interested in product marketing.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Excel and other business tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams) and can quickly learn new systems and processes.
- You can demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and keep projects on track.
- You are detail-oriented and thorough in documenting updates, reports, and meeting notes.
- You can communicate clearly and professionally in both written and verbal form, including with cross-functional stakeholders.
- You are proactive and resourceful in solving problems and following through on tasks.
- You are based in Vancouver, BC, and able to work in a hybrid from our office.
