About The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Demand Specialist to join our team in Kitchener, Ontario. This role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager and is responsible for generating and nurturing qualified leads across the buyer journey, from new logo acquisition to account expansion. You will play a key role in helping Quadbridge expand its market share, increase visibility and credibility, and strengthen our position in the industry. We are looking for

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns across digital, email, and outbound channels.
  • Manage lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and database segmentation to increase conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with sales to define MQL criteria, ensure lead handoff, and optimize pipeline contribution.
  • Design marketing plays aimed at growing existing accounts, including upsell, cross-sell, and renewal support.
  • Manage marketing automation and CRM tools (HubSpot) to ensure accurate data and attribution.
  • Support content personalization and ABM (account-based marketing) initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3+ years in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in B2B technology or professional services.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, nurturing, and campaign attribution.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies and content personalization tools.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales teams to align on lead qualification, pipeline goals, and account growth strategies.
  • Ability to design integrated campaigns across multiple channels (email, digital, outbound) that drive measurable results.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Strong project management abilities to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, on time and within budget.
