IoT Systems Engineer – Edge & Cloud

We are looking for an IoT Systems Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to help design and deliver connected solutions for smart construction monitoring. You’ll work across embedded software, sensor integration, and cloud connectivity to bring reliable IoT devices from the lab to the field.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Develop and test embedded software on Linux-based IoT platforms
• Integrate sensors (GPS, pressure, environmental, etc) and validate performance
• Build data pipelines and cloud connectivity (REST, MQTT, Azure/AWS/GCP IoT)
• Work with relational and timeseries databases to store, query, and manage IoT data
• Troubleshoot and optimize device performance in lab and field environments
• Collaborate with hardware, software, and dev-ops teams on end-to-end solutions
  
  

WHAT DO YOU BRING TO THE ROLE?

• Bachelor’s in Electrical, Computer, or Software Engineering
• 3–5 years of experience in IoT systems or embedded software development
• Strong Python and C/C++ skills in Linux environments
• Familiarity with cloud IoT services and networking (cellular, Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN, BLE)
• Solid understanding of hardware-software integration and debugging
• Familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and building data-driven applications

• Experience with OTA updates, device security, or containerized edge apps
• Exposure to industrial IoT deployments or data analytics tools
