- Oversee strategic accounts and work closely with Directors and VPs.
- Develop long-term strategies to grow and maintain client relationships.
- Lead negotiations and contract renewals with key clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to align account strategies with company goals.
- Analyze market trends and use client data to create tailored solutions.
- Drive new business opportunities and expand product offerings.
- Mentor and manage junior account managers.
- Ensure forecast accuracy and timely execution of initiatives.
- Lead the execution of company policies and promote a performance driven culture.
- Education: University degree in business administration or a related field.
- Experience:
- Several years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Expertise in food processing or similar industries.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in managing major accounts.
- Skills :
- Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
- In-depth expertise in the food industry and complex processing systems.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to collaborate with high-level stakeholders.
- Language: Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken.
