About The Role
We are seeking a Cloud Platform Administrator (Salesforce) to support our Digital Transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the optimal configuration, security, performance, and user adoption of the Salesforce platform and related enterprise solutions. The Administrator will work closely with the Product Owner, technical leads, and business stakeholders to streamline admissions, enrolment, student services, and other enterprise functions by delivering a seamless digital experience.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Product Management: Manage user profiles, permissions, security settings, and data-sharing rules while supporting Salesforce initiatives.
System Configuration: Configure workflows, policies, and automations to improve user experience across enterprise functions.
Documentation & Training: Create and maintain documentation, user guides, and deliver training sessions for end users.
Operational Support: Conduct feature testing, manage seasonal releases, and ensure platform upgrades are smooth and resilient.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver new use cases, resolve issues, and drive platform innovation.
Performance Monitoring: Track adoption, system effectiveness, and compliance with security, accessibility, and inclusivity standards.
Innovation: Stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices, advising stakeholders on improvements and execution alignment.
Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (graduate degree is an asset).
Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent certifications are an asset.

Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing enterprise-class solutions in large, complex environments.
- Proven expertise with the Salesforce platform; experience with ERP integrations (e.g., MuleSoft) is an asset.
- Experience working in Agile environments with tools such as Azure DevOps.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, including security, role hierarchies, and permission sets.
- Experience developing system documentation and delivering end-user training.
- Familiarity with ITIL principles and technology change management processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and root cause analysis skills.
- Ability to adapt to change, collaborate effectively, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Prior experience in higher education, public sector, or large-scale enterprise environments is highly desirable.
