Our client is a Global Software provider, shaping the future of digital banking. As part of their expansion within North & South America, they are looking for a Technical Project Manager to join their efforts to support a net new implementation of their software solution for one of Canada’s leading banks. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital banking rollouts – manage projects for top-tier financial institutions across North & South America
- Bridge business & technology – analyze requirements, map processes, identify gaps, and translate needs into actionable solutions
- Be the client’s partner – work directly with stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding, adoption, and value delivery
- Drive collaboration – communicate with development teams (Agile/Scrum) in Europe and client teams locally
- Knowledge sharing – conduct engaging virtual and onsite training sessions for end-users and administrators
- Support go-live success – prepare documentation, training guides, and post-launch assistance
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years experience as a Project Manager with a proven track record of software implementation experience
- Strong business analysis skills and ability to align tech with business needs
- Excellent communication in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required)
- Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Comfort working in international, cross-cultural teams
- Experience with digital banking or cloud platforms
- Experience in FinTech project management (ideally in client-facing projects)
