We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality tenant improvement projects in the Greater Vancouver area. Position Overview

As a Project Manager, Tenant Improvements, you will take full responsibility for managing tenant improvement projects from inception to completion. This is a chance to join an organization that values mentorship, professional growth, and building positive relationships with clients and partners.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the entire project lifecycle for tenant improvement initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, and trades, fostering collaboration throughout each project stage.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and deliverables with confidence and attention to detail.
  • Address project challenges proactively, maintaining quality and a strong focus on safety.

What You Need

  • 5+ years of project management experience in construction; prior work with tenant improvements is considered an asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership ability, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Hands-on experience with Procore, Smartsheets, and a solid understanding of construction contracts.
