What You Will Do
- Lead the entire project lifecycle for tenant improvement initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, contractors, and trades, fostering collaboration throughout each project stage.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and deliverables with confidence and attention to detail.
- Address project challenges proactively, maintaining quality and a strong focus on safety.
- 5+ years of project management experience in construction; prior work with tenant improvements is considered an asset.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience with Procore, Smartsheets, and a solid understanding of construction contracts.
