What You’ll Actually Do

This is not a cushy marketing gig. If you’re looking for a comfy chair and a corporate playbook, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for a fast-moving, high-growth, “figure it out as we go” role where you’ll learn a ton and grow with the company… welcome to VEGAIN.

Here, you’ll have creative freedom, experiment with new ideas, and help shape the future of our marketing, while:

• Learning our brand voice and making sure it shows up everywhere.
• Building campaigns across email, social, and ads.
• Playing with ad sets (Meta, Google, Amazon) and working alongside agencies.
• Experimenting with content. Think TikTok, IG, reels, funny replies, quick-witted captions.
• Jumping in on events, experiential marketing, and partnerships.
• Working with our photographers and creative team (bonus points if you’ve got some camera chops).
• Basically… helping us figure out what else we should be doing and making it happen.

Who You Are

• You’re entrepreneurial. You see problems and solve them. You love getting stuff done.
• You’ve got strong communication skills (quick, witty, sharp). Spelling mistakes make you twitch.
• You’ve dabbled in email marketing tools like Klaviyo (or similar).
• You’re not afraid of design tools, TikTok editing, or jumping into Premiere Pro.
• You’ve got a background or passion in sports, fitness, or performance (understanding that mindset is a huge plus).
• You’re curious, proactive, and want to grow fast.

The Details

• Compensation: $50K–$80K depending on experience + equity opportunities + benefits (coming soon).
• Full-time role with room to grow.
• Must be cool with vegan-friendly environments (everything in the office is vegan).
