The Role
Reporting to the Data Integrity Team Lead and Manager, the Data Integrity Representative is responsible for providing clerical and administrative support services. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and self-motivated candidate to join our team of hardworking, like-minded individuals. This fast-paced position will support our Sales Representatives and Technicians team members.
Job Duties
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and self-motivated candidate to join our team of hardworking, like-minded individuals. This fast-paced position will support our Sales Representatives and Technicians team members.
Job Duties
- Inbound and outbound calls with Liberty Sales Representatives and Technicians for account creation and credit check support, customer welcome calls, installation scheduling and support, account updates etc…
- Review and daily maintenance of the departmental dashboards
- Service Call follow-up and completion of quality assurance requirements
- Review and processing customers upfront and first month’s invoices and payment
- Being present, engaged, and available to answer questions and/or resolve team issues quickly and efficiently.
- Other projects as assigned by the Team Leader or Manager
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
- The position requires attention to detail, organizational skills and team work.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct data comparisons and identify differences and similarities.
- Demonstrated affinity and ability to manage data with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
- Ability and commitment to maintain consistency and accuracy with repetitive high-volume data review.
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills.
- Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
- Strong work ethic and positive team attitude with an ability to work in a high paced environment.
- Experience and knowledge of the security industry in Canada is preferred, but not required.
