Role Overview
We are now looking for a Head of GTM to stand up the go-to-market motion that expands our footprint in the marketplace.
You will lead growth across marketing, sales, customer success, and partnerships. This role is for someone with many years of experience in SaaS, who understands how to build strong revenue processes, work closely with product teams, and shape solutions that fit the needs of customers. You will be a key decision-maker, working side by side with the leadership team to scale both revenue and operations.
As a member of the leadership team, the Head of GTM will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to align revenue-generating efforts and ensure that sales strategy and execution are tightly integrated with broader company objectives. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in enterprise SaaS or technology sales, a data-driven mindset, and a proven track record of building and leading successful sales teams at scale.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that will shape the company’s GTM engine during a critical period of growth and transformation.
Role Responsibilities
- Drive overall revenue growth through a well-defined, scalable go-to-market strategy.
- Lead the GTM organization across new business, customer expansion, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and implement repeatable sales processes and GTM playbooks.
- Build and manage the full sales funnel, forecast performance, and implement systems for transparency and accountability.
- Cultivate a high-performance team culture, recruiting and coaching top-tier A talent.
- Leverage CRM and the broader sales tech stack to optimize pipeline and performance visibility.
- Actively engage in enterprise-level deals, acting as executive sponsor to key accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competition to inform strategic direction.
- Collaborate with the executive team on pricing, strategic partnerships, and expansion plans.
What we are looking for:
- 10+ years of sales experience in the tech sector with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Experience in a SaaS startup or scale-up
- Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analytics.
- Proven success growing and leading sales organizations from early-stage to $50M+
- Deep expertise in consultative selling, enterprise deal management, and team development.
- Demonstrated ability to build structure and momentum in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Analytical and operational mindset with strong command of forecasting, KPIs, and sales metrics.
- Highly collaborative, humble, and motivated by shared success.
- Must be based in the Greater Metro Vancouver area
