Your area of focus.

As a Marketing Analyst, you will be part of the Information Management team at AutoCanada. You will join a highly collaborative and effective team where your input will be valued and your work will make an impact. What drives your day-to-day?

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identifying key metrics and trends.
  • Suggest data-driven optimizations to enhance campaign performance, such as adjusting targeting, messaging, channels, and strategy.
  • Identify opportunities for marketing operations enhancements through the use of automation and process re-design.
  • Design & manage a portfolio of A/B tests to compare different marketing approaches and determine the most effective variations.
  • Analyze and test store-level marketing spend and initiatives and present insights.
  • Identify leading causes of marketing performance variations across stores and platforms.
  • Dive into marketing data such as GA4 and extract actionable insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Perform and document data analysis, data validation, and data mapping/design.
  • Gather, analyze, validate, and document both business and functional requirements of stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the design of the Marketing Information Architecture.
  • Participate in the assessment of vendor offerings.
  • Act as a marketing SME on the Information Management team.

What Are The Must-haves…

  • Related post-secondary education and industry certification.
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience developing in BI software, preferably Tableau.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and experience querying SQL databases.
  • Proficient in Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and power query.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and documentation skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects efficiently and effectively.
  • Preferred: Digital marketing certifications (GA4, Facebook Blueprint) and marketing analytics experience.
