What We Expect from You:
- Leverage established, long-term relationships within the construction industry to drive growth and secure new business opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and execution of global quotations and sales strategies.
- Manage and grow existing sales pipelines while identifying new prospects to meet company growth targets.
- Maintain and oversee a tracking system for client interactions and business development activities.
- Represent the company at industry events to enhance visibility and network within the sector.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors to ensure Chagall's competitive positioning.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and enhance client engagement.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or sales within the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- Familiarity with quotation processes and design.
- Established business relationships in the U.S. is a plus.
