Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Scrum Processes: Guide and coach 2 to 3 Scrum teams in the effective application of Scrum practices and principles
  • Maintain Stability: Ensure the teams are stable and productive by removing impediments and fostering a positive working environment
  • Visibility on Deliverables: Provide transparency on the progress and status of deliverables through regular updates, reports, and meetings
  • Facilitate Releases: Coordinate and facilitate the release planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Continuous Improvement: Promote continuous improvement within the teams by encouraging reflection and adaptation of processes
  • Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the Scrum teams and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals


Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably with multiple teams
  • Certification: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification
  • Skills: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, excellent communication and facilitation skills, ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and other Agile project management tools
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery
