At Prism Construction, we're looking for a Senior Site Superintendent to lead the construction of large-scale commercial and industrial facilities. This role is ideal for someone who excels in the field, guiding teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring every project is delivered with precision, safety, and client trust.

As a Senior Site Superintendent, You Will

  • Lead all on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout.
  • Supervise field staff, subcontractors, and trades, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate schedules, inspections, and material deliveries to keep projects on track.
  • Resolve issues proactively while maintaining budgets and timelines.
  • Maintain accurate site documentation, reports, and communication with project managers.
  • Represent Prism with professionalism and integrity in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • 10 or more years of commercial/industrial construction experience.
  • Proven track record in managing multi-million-dollar projects.
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP system experience is an asset (training provided).

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Competitive salary $95,000 to $120,000 per year (based on experience)
