Business Development Coordinator

Location: Delta, BC, Canada.

As a Business Development Coordinator, You Will

  • Identify, pursue, and secure new client opportunities across commercial and industrial construction markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships that lead to repeat business.
  • Support proposal development, RFP responses, and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to strengthen Prism's market presence.
  • Represent Prism at networking functions, industry events, and client meetings.
  • Track leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with the COO

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management (construction industry experience preferred).
  • Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand construction services and translate them into client solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM software experience is an asset.
  • Alignment with Prism's values of humility, ownership, and care.
  • A highly results-oriented disposition with proven ability to grow

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Competitive base salary $65,000 to $85,000 per year (based on experience)
  • Highly competitive bonus incentive opportunities are earned based on successfully secured projects
