As an Intern at Qualcomm QDSP team, you will be involved in ASIC physical design implementation related tasks including analysis of synthesis and backend flow. Involves working on latest ASIC technologies, EDA tools and will be involved in flow methodology development using some scripting using programming languages like TCL, Perl, Python.
Working at Qualcomm you will gain exposure and experience working with world class teams that define and build next generation of technology for the mobility and the world.
You will be paired with a mentor with visibility to your project and team, you will receive support from your manager and have access to the entire Qualcomm employee community to ensure your success.
Whether you are graduating and seeking a full-time position after your internship or hoping to return for another internship the following year, you may be considered for a return offer through an evaluation of your work from the internship.

Education Requirements
- In study towards a bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Engineering Science, Computer Science, or related field
- Any academic and/or project experience in VLSI related activities is desirable.
- Eligible candidates must have a graduation date in December 2027 or later, including May or June 2028.
- For 16-month internships: must be available May/June 2026 - August/September 2027
