Project Engineering

The Automation Division is responsible for providing engineered solutions, integrated systems, automation programming and technical support to Lincoln Electric’s ongoing sales efforts specifically focused upon fume extraction, flexible and hard automation products and services.

Automation is further responsible for the provision of technical support to direct end-user customers for service / maintenance contracts and warrantee related solutions, as well as, troubleshooting and problem solving with respect to customer issues.

The Automation Team is expected to deliver results while contributing to Lincoln Electric’s ongoing business activities and priorities, as well as, meeting internal and external customer requirements in a timely, discreet and ethical manner

Responsibilitie

Experience and Education Requireme

  Strong aptitude of Welding, automation & positioning equipment experience and/or knowl
• edge.3 or more year’s previous Engineering experience in a manufacturing or job shop environment with proven leadership abili
• ties.Able to identify key issues; creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges or obsta
• cles.A clear and solid understanding of personnel policies, practices, and procedures and other operational issues faced by the organiza
• tion.Experience successfully implementing Lean/Six Sigma tools which created impactful business improvem
