We are currently looking for a Project Lead in Software Development – Applications to join our applications development team. This position reports to the Head of Applications and Projects .

Your day-to-day
- Own and drive projects from start to finish. You’ll tackle everything from quick-win tasks to major product launches, guiding them from idea to reality.
- Be the glue that holds teams together . You’ll connect the dots between our developers, product, data and creative folks, ensuring everyone is on the same page and speaking the same language.
- Turn strategy into reality. You’ll map out the game plan, define what success looks like, and keep an eye out for risks before they become roadblocks.
- Keep everyone in the loop . You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and make sure there are no surprises.
- Help us work smarter . You’ll champion agile ways of working and help our teams collaborate effectively to ship great work.
- Use AI to your advantage . We’re excited about AI, and you should be too. You’ll leverage it to make our project workflows faster and more efficient.
- Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Management, Technology, or a relevant field related to the position
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in IT project management
- Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and MS Suite
- Understanding of multimedia concepts and web, mobile, and television applications
- Fluent in French and English
- Sharp communication skills, both verbal and written, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Excellent analytical skills and quick learning capacity
- Attention to detail
- Strong aptitude for learning
- Strong initiative, organizational, and planning skills
- Exceptional teamwork and collaboration skills
- Excel in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Independent, versatile, and dynamic
- Experience in automotive industry is a plus
