Project Lead in Software Development – Applications

We are currently looking for a Project Lead in Software Development – Applications to join our applications development team. This position reports to the Head of Applications and Projects .

If you are a versatile project lead who loves all kinds of projects (Karaoke, Music, etc.) , we want to hear from you!

Your day-to-day

• Own and drive projects from start to finish. You’ll tackle everything from quick-win tasks to major product launches, guiding them from idea to reality.
• Be the glue that holds teams together . You’ll connect the dots between our developers, product, data and creative folks, ensuring everyone is on the same page and speaking the same language.
• Turn strategy into reality. You’ll map out the game plan, define what success looks like, and keep an eye out for risks before they become roadblocks.
• Keep everyone in the loop . You’ll build strong relationships with stakeholders, manage expectations, and make sure there are no surprises.
• Help us work smarter . You’ll champion agile ways of working and help our teams collaborate effectively to ship great work.
• Use AI to your advantage . We’re excited about AI, and you should be too. You’ll leverage it to make our project workflows faster and more efficient.
  
  

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or DEC in Management, Technology, or a relevant field related to the position
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in IT project management
• Knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA and MS Suite
• Understanding of multimedia concepts and web, mobile, and television applications
• Fluent in French and English
