SRE Lead Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a SRE Lead Developer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java scripting Spring Boot Java Webservices and cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure. This role involves rotational shifts and focuses on production support SRE monitoring and DevOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of Java Webservices to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
• Monitor system performance using SRE Monitoring & Observability tools like Splunk to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system efficiency.
• Engage in SRE practices to enhance system reliability and automate operational tasks.
• Oversee Java scripting tasks to enhance application performance and user experience.
• Implement and manage Spring Boot applications to support scalable and efficient software solutions.
• Utilize AWS GCP or Azure cloud services to deploy and manage applications in a cloud environment.
• Provide production support to ensure high availability and reliability of applications.
• Develop core Java applications to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
• Participate in rotational shifts to provide continuous support and address any critical issues.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Java Webservices and Java scripting.
• Proficiency in Spring Boot and cloud platforms like AWS GCP or Azure is essential.
• Experience in production support and SRE monitoring tools such as Splunk is required.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and SRE methodologies is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a rotational shift environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.

Certifications Required

SRE Knowledge Java Scripting Knowledge Production Support or DevOps Knowledge and Azure Cloud Knowledge.
