How You Will Contribute To The Team

  • Assist project managers in coordinating digital transformation initiatives across Operations
  • Support project planning: scheduling, task tracking, resource allocation, and reporting
  • Monitor project progress and update dashboards, KPIs, and governance documentation
  • Participate in workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, and stakeholder meetings
  • Prepare communications, presentations, and status reports for leadership
  • Contribute to risk identification, issue tracking, and mitigation planning
  • Research best practices and emerging technologies in aerospace digitalization


How to thrive in this role?

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
  • Strong interest in project management and digital transformation
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication (English and French)
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project/Planner); familiarity with collaboration tools (Teams, Loop, etc.) is an advantage
  • Proactive and ability to work in a team that operates in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

It is important to note that our internship opportunities are open to students only, not new graduates. All our interns may be required to occasionally travel outside of Canada for training/work purpose.
