As an Operations Intern, you’ll gain practical experience across multiple aspects of mill operations, supporting both production and quality assurance activities. You’ll contribute to daily operational tasks, assist in data analysis, and help address quality-related challenges. Your efforts will support initiatives focused on leveraging data from new technologies to enhance efficiency and product quality. Throughout your term, you’ll identify areas for improvement, engage with leadership in a dynamic industrial environment, and develop valuable skills that extend beyond the classroom.

- Salaries starting from $3,300 per month (based on your year in school and previous experience).
- Temporary living allowance for interns moving to the area for the role.

What You Offer
- Working towards a degree or diploma in Wood Products Processing, Business, Operations Management, Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical), or any industry-related degree/diploma.
- Commitment to maintain a safe work environment without compromise.
- Desire to perform hands-on work in an industrial environment.
