- Adhere to our strict data governance protocols for our customer lifecycle master data
- Using 3rd party subscription databases and the internet to research and update information within our CRM application (Salesforce.com)
- This includes companies and their hierarchies and associated contacts (e.g. telephone, address, e-mail, net worth, website, financials, industry type, ownership type, etc.)
- Verify and update customer and competitive aircraft owner, operator, and management company information
- Research and qualify new record entries in SFDC ensuring the integrity of the information and validating no duplicate records have been created
- Manage sales exceptions where sales territory assignments are misaligned
- Create company and executive profiles for our senior leadership and sales teams
- Perform regular data quality checks in order to ensure data integrity and accuracy is maintained
- Meet or exceed the expectations of internal stakeholders by delivering quality results within the pre-determined Service Level Agreement timelines
- Managing and addressing customer requests for Customer Portal access as well as modifications to their aircraft fleet
- You show initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- You can multitask and adapt to changing priorities
- You are a strong team player with good communication skills
- You are analytical, and a problem solver with strong attention to detail
- You speak and write both English and French
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com and Excel is an asset
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
