We’re seeking a data-driven marketer to own our lead generation funnel through paid media, conversion optimization, and lead nurturing. This role will drive traffic, capture leads, and turn them into qualified opportunities through smart targeting and automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
- Create and test landing pages, ensuring strong conversion rates and SEO best practices.
- Implement and optimize website CTAs to maximize lead capture.
- Build and manage automated email nurture sequences that convert leads to demos/trials.
- Monitor campaign performance, track KPIs (CPC, CPL, MQL → SQL), and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Research, build, and segment lead lists for targeted outreach and remarketing.
- Collaborate with sales to align campaigns with pipeline goals.
- Work with Content Marketing and design to develop ads that convert.
- Conduct keyword research, Monitor search rankings and performance analytics to identify growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of B2B SaaS or demand generation experience.
- Delivered measurable ROI through paid campaigns on Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo).
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, or similar) to manage and track lead flow.
- Experience with landing page systems and website CMS (e.g., HubSpot, WordPress, Unbounce) to build and optimize for lead capture.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort with A/B testing.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Google Search Console) and ability to apply insights to campaigns.

Compensation Range
We offer a starting salary of $55,000-70,000
Total compensation includes salary, bonus, benefits, and other perks
