The Marketing Manager will work alongside our North America Marketing Director, Brand team, Canada Sales team, Account Managers, agents, and customers to deliver marketing tools and a robust B2C and B2B marketing and communications program. This role is responsible for setting the regional marketing calendar, providing sell-in toolkits, catalogues and POS, and executing the global marketing campaigns at a regional level. You will be the primary link between the Product Team and our Regional Sales Team, working effectively together as ‘one-team’ to maximize opportunities for the region – all within the confines of our brand guidelines.

Marketing Strategy and Planning

You'll be:
Marketing Strategy and Planning
- Producing a robust annual regional marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns, activations, and communication channels
- Analyzing market trends and customer insights to shape marketing plans, campaigns, and future activities
- Identifying country-specific commercial and cultural moments across Canada to maximize brand impact
- Creating and implementing toolkits for new product collections and capsules in partnership with brand and creative teams
- Coordinating the production of marketing materials—including toolkits, sales decks, and promotional assets—ensuring consistency across all channels
- Developing compelling brand presentations for customers, partners, and distributors
- Working closely with social media and PR teams to align campaign planning and brand objectives
- Partnering with the sales team to tailor marketing materials to their objectives and customer needs
- Sharing sales and marketing best practices across key channels and geographies
- Managing strong relationships with Jellycat brand partners and retail marketing teams to deliver on joint initiatives
- Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of regional marketing campaigns, using insights to optimize future activities
- Supporting the Global Marketing Director on budget management, ensuring activities are delivered within budget and aligned with business goals
- 5—8 years of relevant marketing experience
- Proven trade and consumer marketing experience, ideally within a luxury brand
- Strong knowledge of the Canadian retail landscape
- Experience coordinating the production of marketing materials, including catalogues, toolkits, and promotional items
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget
- A deep understanding of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Ability to influence, collaborate, and build strong cross-functional relationships
- A self-starter attitude and passion about marketing, but also a great team player
- A flexible, personable, and positive approach, thriving in high-performing environments
- Fluent or conversational Canadian French (desirable, not required)
