Law Clerk - US Immigration:
On behalf of our Consulting client, Procom is searching for a Law Clerk - US Immigration for an 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto or Vancouver office.
Law Clerk - US Immigration - Job Description:
The role involves drafting, reviewing, and compiling U.S. immigration applications and related documents. The Law Clerk will coordinate the movement of work between local offices and update internal case management systems. The project focuses on supporting the legal team with administrative tasks as needed.
Law Clerk - US Immigration - Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, print, scan, and compile U.S. immigration applications and related documents
- Coordinate the movement of work between local offices
- Update internal case management and document management systems
- Assist the legal team with administrative tasks
- Utilize Google and Microsoft suite of products
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Law Clerk
- Experience in a legal environment or high-volume law firm
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word
- Proficiency with Google Suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with US Immigration Law
- Database management experience
- Experience with US O-1 Extraordinary Ability petitions
- Experience with US L-1B Specialized Knowledge petitions
- Experience preparing US Requests for Evidence Responses
This is a 6 moth contract position.
