SOMC is known for its collegial environment, where providers work together seamlessly to ensure excellent care for mothers and babies across the South Okanagan Similkameen.

Compensation:

• Clinic shifts: $1325
• 24-hour call shifts: $1975
  
  

Licensure Requirements For Midwife Opportunity:

• Registered Midwife.
• Minimum of 2 years work experience.
• Eligible for full licensure with the College of Midwives of BC
• Eligible for privileges at Penticton Regional Hospital
  
  

Licensure Requirements For Family Physician Locum Opportunity:

• Eligible for full licensure with the Canadian College of Family Practitioners
• Registered with Canadian Medical Protective Association
• Eligible for privileges at Penticton Regional Hospital
• Obstetrics experience
