Reporting to the District Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for creating a zero-harm environment, maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, and for the effective supervision of the field employees. The Operations Supervisor is responsible for assisting in the execution of all aspects of assigned projects.

- Act as a first point of contact on all assigned projects at the branch
- Take ownership and constantly look for ways to improve Safety Performance
- Develop and perform job task assessments (JTO’s), Field Level Hazard Assessments (FLHA’s) and Safe Work Procedures (SWP’s) to drive Safety Performance
- Report all incidents, safety infractions, non-compliance issues and participate in the investigation and development of corrective actions
- Ensure on-site operations are conducted in accordance with corporate policies and procedures within permit conditions and to customer specifications
- Supervise daily activities to ensure project targets are met
- Estimate project costs for tender purposes
- Responsible for monthly revenue forecasts
- Develop and execute work plans aimed at keeping projects on schedule and on budget
- Support continual improvement initiatives such as the invoicing process through the company operational management system (OMS)
- Assist with project planning and scheduling under guidance of manager
- Other operational tasks as assigned
- Some overnight travel required
- Diploma in a Technical field is desired
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, word, excel, etc) or Google Workspace
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Proven ability to multi-task & ability to organize and prioritize tasks
