Project Manager

Mission

As a Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate the complete execution of our projects, ensuring that project objectives, deadlines, and budgets are consistently met. You will play as a key role in delivering solutions that exceed client needs and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee the delivery of industrial maintenance solutions, from initiation to closure.
• Use your knowledge of Spartakus APM and reliability to ensure seamless integration and deployment for customers.
• Oversee internal and external resources, optimizing time and budget utilization.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and coordinate internal teams (Development, Support, Implementation) to align project objectives.
• Identify potential risks early and take steps to resolve issues before they affect the success of the project.
• Take responsibility for the quality of deliverables, budget compliance, and project deadlines to ensure successful results.
• Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring transparency in project progress and decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with customers to understand and respond to their needs.
• Work with Development, Support, and Implementation teams to ensure cross-functional coordination.
• Communicate effectively on progress and deliverables to internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules.
• Regularly update all stakeholders on project milestones and progress.
• Ensure that projects remain within financial constraints and adjust plans as necessary.
• Document potential risks and resolutions throughout the project life cycle.
• Meet all project deadlines and budget parameters.
• Maintain a customer churn rate of less than 5%.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, reflected in the Net Promoter Score.

Skills Required

• Minimum 3 years experience in project management in the industrial or software sector.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage resources and solve problems effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience in the Maintenance and Reliability industry is an asset.
• Communication skills, written and verbal, in French
• Written and verbal communication skills in English would be considered an asset.
