Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to manage and grow relationships with dealerships within the Greater Quebec Area. This role will focus on achieving sales targets, expanding account coverage, and cross-selling complementary products and services through a value-driven sales approach. The Regional Sales Manager will work closely with sales leadership, operations, and customer engagement teams to ensure consistent revenue growth and exceptional client experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an assigned territory to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across a mix of dealership sizes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales operations, account management, and support teams, to ensure smooth client engagement.
  • Execute the full sales cycle using multiple channels, including on-site visits, virtual meetings, email, and phone.
  • Meet or exceed assigned activity KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Deliver engaging product presentations and facilitate online demonstrations to dealership stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records, pipeline data, and account information in the CRM system.
  • Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
  • Travel regularly within the assigned territory (up to 60%).
  • Adapt quickly to shifting organizational priorities and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Postsecondary education (college diploma or university degree preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience (automotive, finance, or warranty industries an asset).
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Experience using data and analytics to inform territory management and business development activities.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with structured sales methodologies such as SPIN or Challenger is an asset.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to three days per week (approximately 60%). Work from home when not travelling to clients.
