We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Developer Intern to join our IT Service Delivery and Operations team.

Wondering what ServiceNow is? It's a widely-used platform that facilitates the management of various IT practices, such as incident, request, and problem management. Keep in mind that the knowledge you gain on this platform will benefit you throughout your career!

What does a ServiceNow Developer Intern do? Here's a summary:

  • We need your problem-solving skills to execute necessary corrective actions to restore service in case of incidents, handle service requests, and assist in identifying root causes of problems.
  • We need your technical skills to perform various tasks required within a maintenance framework (monitoring, production surveillance), as well as in the evolution or delivery of IT systems under the team's responsibility.
  • We need your writing skills to produce and maintain technical documentation such as procedures, operation guides, intervention plans, scripts and modules, test plans, etc.
  • We need your communication skills to participate in daily scrums with the entire team to review activity progress and validate support needs.

A few key points about the ServiceNow platform (back end):

  • Development is done in JavaScript and complements the platform's various "no-code" applications.
  • The team also supports other applications developed in C# that interface with ServiceNow APIs.
  • Therefore, you must be proficient in JavaScript and C# (.Net).
