As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in executing and delivering complex implementation projects. In this role, you will collaborate across business units, and with key stakeholders to execute on initiatives with high complexity and/or business impact. Your expertise will help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in fiber delivery to our customers. You will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery, within a highly collaborative and capable group of team members.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will play a key role in executing and delivering complex implementation projects. Your expertise will help us drive innovation and continuous improvement in fiber delivery to our customers. You will be accountable for end-to-end project delivery, within a highly collaborative and capable group of team members.
What You’ll Do
- Accountable for end-to-end ownership of new NGM premises delivery
- Track and move projects through various milestones
- Responsible to manage the relationship and deliverables for partner vendors and internal stakeholders
- Review business escalations and solve for customer services
- Analyze data, summarize and track information, and create reports and presentations
- Establish new business processes and lead innovations to improve schedule cycle time, budget, reliability and engagement
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent education and/or relevant experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of work experience managing projects or leading cross functional teams
- Experience managing large scale projects with multiple stakeholder groups
- Experience dealing with ambiguous requirements and translating them into concrete project outcomes
- Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, negotiation, communication and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can translate complex technical topics into easily understood concepts for our stakeholders and team members
- Highly motivated, creative and self-sufficient with the ability to work successfully under pressure
- Stakeholder management experience including senior executives is an asset
- PMP designation preferred
- Agile project management experience (Scrum/ Kanban environments) is an asset
- Experience with software such as: JIRA, DOMO, FieldGlass, SAP, SpatialNet, CircuitVision
