- Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
- Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
- Issue and manage access cards
- Complete daily reports and incident reports
- All other related duties
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
- Valid provincial Security Guard Licence
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tactical Security Guard
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a security environment
- Proven ability to work with vulnerable populations in high-stress situations
- Strong de-escalation, conflict resolution, and tactical response skills
- First Aid & CPR certification (required)
- Physically fit to perform patrols, respond quickly to emergencies, and support tactical operations
