Responsibilities for Tactical Security Supervisor

• Lead a team of on-site security guards
• Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
• Ensure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructions
• Issue and manage access cards
• Complete daily reports and incident reports
• All other related duties
  
  

Qualifications For Tactical Security Supervisor

• Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Eligible to obtain and maintain Government of Canada Secret Security Clearance
• Valid provincial Security Guard Licence
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Tactical Security Guard
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a security environment
• Proven ability to work with vulnerable populations in high-stress situations
• Strong de-escalation, conflict resolution, and tactical response skills
• First Aid & CPR certification (required)
• Physically fit to perform patrols, respond quickly to emergencies, and support tactical operations
