About the Position:
RWDI is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our 3D Visualization team as a Junior Graphics Coordinator in our Guelph office. This is a full-time permanent role.
As a member of the 3D Visualization team, you will:
- Prepare 2D and 3D graphical presentations for various studies, using 3D models and surrounding building information for a variety of cities/countries where projects are planned, travelling the world virtually in your daily projects.
- Collaborates with the project team to problem-solve project-related conflicts.
- Ensures the project requirements are being fulfilled through ongoing communication with the project team.
- Contribute to overall project success by ensuring CAD efficiency and the development of deliverables in a timely and effective manner.
We are accepting applications from candidates with the following skills and qualifications:
- College diploma in architectural or construction technology, woodworking, or interior design.
- A high proficiency and working knowledge in computer applications with experience in Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, and Revit.
- Experience in SketchUp and other modelling programs is an asset.
- An aptitude for 3D conceptualization.
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Team player who is assertive and able to work with minimal direction.
- Proven ability to successfully meet deadlines and manage several projects at once.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Fast learner with a desire to grow professionally and personally.
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
