Join Our Team as a Project Sourcing Manager at Epiroc!
Your Mission:
The Project Sourcing Manager is expected to lead project-based sourcing initiatives within the electrification segment. This role blends category management with project leadership to drive cost savings, supplier performance, and cross-functional collaboration
Responsibilities:
Category Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement category strategies aligned with
business objectives.
  • Conduct spend analysis, supplier scouting, and assessments
to identify sourcing opportunities.
  • Define and manage category roadmaps with clear milestones
and KPIs
Project Leadership
  • Lead cross-functional sourcing and transformation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Apply project management methodologies to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
Supplier & Stakeholder Management
  • Identify and onboard new suppliers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and manage contracts to ensure value creation and risk mitigation.
  • Drive supplier performance improvements and innovation initiatives.

Data & Performance Analysis
  • Monitor category performance using dashboards and analytics tools.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance frameworks.

Your profile:
EXPERIENCE:
  • 5+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably within the electrification, energy, or manufacturing sectors.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and managing complex sourcing initiatives from start to finish.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations, contract management, and performance improvement.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, analytical, and strategic manner.
  • Strong background in project management methodologies and stakeholder engagement.

KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, CPSM, CIPS) are considered assets.

  • Ability to lead transformation initiatives and influence change.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a structured and solution-focused approach.
