As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor to the Managers, Directors and VPs within your business units, particularly supporting sales teams across Canada, the United States, and Europe. Additionally, you will lead and contribute to high-impact projects that strengthen the Field & Revenue Operations’ organizational effectiveness, supports its hyper growth, and fosters a high-performance culture.

As one of our Human Resources Business Partner, you will:

  • Develop deep, trusting partnerships with leadership at all levels in Sales & Revenue Operations, providing coaching and sound advice.
  • Drive talent management processes in your client group - including performance assessment, identifying top talent, career pathing, and effective performance management.
  • Establish and optimize processes and frameworks for efficient, aligned day to day operations, crisp communication and effective governance models.
  • Contribute to and lead projects designed at driving a high-performance culture, engaging and retaining top talent, and leadership development.
  • Leverage data to monitor and diagnose problems at their root. Conduct hands-on analyses when necessary. Take responsibility for managing turnover.
  • Represent your Business Units’ interests and concerns when collaborating with corporate HR. You will lead the implementation of corporate programs, policies and initiatives with a focus on change management within your client group.

Here Is What Will Qualify You For The Role

  • Proven track record of consistently adding value as a trusted business partner, building deep, trusting relationships with senior leadership.
  • Experience creating HR processes and leading talent management projects in rapidly growing organizations, with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and get hands-on.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex challenges, exercise sound judgment, and drive impactful solutions by effectively diagnosing and addressing issues.
  • Skilled, tactful communicator in both English and French, essential for engaging with customer groups across North America and Europe.

What Would Make You Stand Out

  • Prior experience working with sales leadership.
  • Training experience, delivering learning & development projects, or delivering management training. Clear communication and enablement is second nature to you.
  • Experience working with teams in the US is a strong advantage.
