Role Summary


We are seeking a Marketing Data & Strategy Manager to join our Go-To-Market (GTM) team. This senior role is responsible for auditing and validating how data is used across marketing to guide GTM strategy. You will be hands-on with data — ensuring the accuracy of reporting, monitoring KPIs, and analyzing campaign effectiveness — while also holding the marketing team accountable to measurable, data-driven results.

 

This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and leadership oversight. You will be the data-driven manager ensuring that every marketing initiative is aligned to GTM goals and delivering ROI.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Audit and oversee all GTM marketing data processes, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting across campaigns, spend, funnel conversion, and ROI.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and performance frameworks to track marketing impact on pipeline and revenue.
  • Identify discrepancies, inefficiencies, or risks in marketing data and recommend corrective actions.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Product leaders to align GTM metrics and enforce data-driven accountability.
  • Lead the definition of standards for marketing data quality, governance, and reporting practices.
  • Provide independent, data-backed performance reports to GTM leadership, highlighting both risks and opportunities.
  • Act as the data guardian for GTM marketing — ensuring campaign insights are reliable, actionable, and strategically aligned.

 

Qualifications

 

  • 4–6 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, or data strategy roles, ideally in a GTM or high-growth environment.
  • Proven ability to audit and analyze marketing performance data (spend efficiency, funnel health, lead attribution, ROI).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Google Analytics, Looker/Tableau, or similar).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to spot inconsistencies and uncover insights from complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to translate findings into clear actions for leadership.
  • Business acumen and understanding of GTM strategy, growth funnels, and marketing ROI.

 

Nice to Have

 

  • Experience in audit, compliance, or data governance functions.
  • SaaS, B2B tech, or healthcare/dental industry background.
  • Familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, etc.).
  • Master's in Marketing
