Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following :
- Assemble and test aerospace components and systems according to specifications and engineering drawings.
- Perform quality checks and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve assembly processes and resolve any issues that arise.
- Follow standardized work instructions and procedures to ensure product quality and reliability
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
- Ability to work effectively with team members and lead the team to high quality production within tight deadlines.
Must have
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of board assembly process and product process flow.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in manufacturing.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools relevant to assembly tasks.
- Experience with aerospace components and systems is highly desirable
