As the Manager, Workplace Technology and Collaboration you will lead the strategy, design, and operational excellence of workplace collaboration platforms and technologies—ensuring seamless, scalable, and user-centric experiences across physical and digital office environments. This role bridges business vision with technical execution, enabling productivity through integrated, modern workplace solutions.
What you'll do:

We offer competitive compensation that recognizes individual and company performance. The typical hiring range for this position is $125,000 - $140,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.

As the Manager, Workplace Technology and Collaboration you will lead the strategy, design, and operational excellence of workplace collaboration platforms and technologies—ensuring seamless, scalable, and user-centric experiences across physical and digital office environments. This role bridges business vision with technical execution, enabling productivity through integrated, modern workplace solutions.
What you'll do:
- Owns the strategic enablement of global workforce productivity by ensuring the introduction and integration of technologies that enhance collaboration, engagement, and performance across the enterprise
- Ensures platforms are proactively prepared to meet business needs, aligned with strategic vision and technology roadmaps.
- Responsible for defining and executing the sourcing strategy for support delivery.
- Ensure workplace technologies meet global compliance standards, data privacy regulations, and internal governance frameworks
- Responsible for the operating and capital budget forecasting, planning, and oversight for workplace technology initiatives
- A leader who is collaborative, results-focused, leads with empathy, decisiveness and a commitment to excellence
- Ability to partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and align on vision
- Ability to translate business vision into platform capabilities and roadmaps
- Strong conceptual understanding of core and emerging workplace technologies
- Confident facilitator who engages cross-functional teams, embraces experimentation, and acts on feedback to drive continuous improvement
- 5+ Years experience in a management role
- Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
