Vice President needed for the Alternative Investments Strategic Solutions team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive approach to deliver one or more large and/or complex initiatives in accordance with a product roadmap. Candidates must be able to work with other business stakeholders, analysts and agile team to deliver key strategic deliverables in a timely manner. Candidates must also demonstrate strong initiative, be able to perform well under pressure and be capable of working on multiple, diverse assignments.

What You Will Be Responsible For

As a Vice President you will be responsible for developing and executing an approach to deliver one or more large and/or complex initiatives in accordance.

  • Engage with various users as a Subject Matter Expert to understand requirements.
  • Ability to work with other business stakeholders, analysts and agile team to deliver key strategic deliverables to teams in timely manner.
  • Understand the functionality and create a release roadmap with schedule in accordance with business priorities.
  • Influence decisions that align with our IT strategy
  • Prepares user and systems documentation as needed.
  • Ability to lead a team of agile developers and testers.
  • Work in a complex deadline driven environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability and proven track record to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment

Education & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study.
  • 10+ years of fund accounting experience
  • PC Skills – Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc), Jira and Confluence
  • Experience with Alternative Investment Asset Classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations desired
  • Experience with Geneva application
  • Core competency in Process Re-engineering – Hands on experience in capturing, communicating, redesigning and execution of business processes.
  • Team Leadership and Strategy Delivery – strong experience in directly managing a solution delivery team, demonstrating leadership, management, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills using a change and solution delivery mindset.


Salary Range

$115,000 - $182,500 Annual

The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
