SAP S4 Business Analyst (34331)

Our client is preparing for an SAP S/4HANA transformation and needs an experienced SAP Business Analyst to lead discovery and documentation of current-state processes across multiple functions and support migration-readiness activities.

What you’ll do

• Run workshops to identify and document current business processes that leverage SAP ECC across Supply Chain, HCM, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities.
• Develop strategies & templates to map processes consistently at the right level of detail for migration assessment.
• Document current-state processes including roles/responsibilities and role headcount.
• Analyze processes to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Partner with business & 3rd-party vendors to help document future-state processes where required.
• Create test plans & test cases for UAT in SAP S/4HANA.
  
  

Required Experience

• Proven BA experience on SAP ECC programs, with exposure to S/4HANA initiatives.
• Strong facilitation and documentation skills (workshops, process maps, RACI/roles).
• Hands-on in writing UAT plans/test cases and driving user testing.
• Excellent stakeholder communication across business and IT.
  
  

Nice to have

• Background in ECC-S/4 migration assessments.
• Familiarity with tools like Visio/ARIS, Azure DevOps/Jira, Solution Manager/ChaRM.
• Public sector or healthcare experience.
