What you’ll do:
- Be the key liaison between our agency teams and Brand Partners to help drive projects through the organization.
- Create project plans to govern all campaigns/initiatives.
- Identify and escalate risks while helping mitigate and manage teams accordingly.
- Iterate and troubleshoot as necessary to deliver the project to success.
- Build timelines and meeting cadences for dedicated project teams.
- Establish key project milestones to ensure project delivery, including major stakeholder check-ins.
- Manage stakeholder reviews and approvals throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Hold team members accountable to deliver their obligations as are outlined in the plan.
- Establish the status meeting approach and guidance for participation.
- Prepare and circulate consolidated meeting documentation in advance of meeting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including creative, production, and agency operations to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work with broader Agency Operations team to forecast, track and reconcile agency fees and production costs for projects.
- Develop executional briefs, traffic sheets, and other documentation to ensure the successful delivery of integrated campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of successfully leading, managing, and delivering complex projects.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP or CSM) considered an asset.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Suite and project management tools (i.e. MS Project/Planner).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- In-depth knowledge of production workflows, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
- Business acumen with customer-focused approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
