Sterile Compounding Coordinator

This is your opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a state-of-the-art facility that’s more than double the size of its predecessor, offering 82 private rooms and serving as a hub for trauma services, orthopedic surgeries, pathology, radiology, and pharmacy services.

What You’ll Do:

• Ensure compliance with standards for compounding hazardous and non-hazardous sterile preparations.
• Collaborate with Pharmacy Managers and Technician Supervisors to implement regional standards.
• Provide direct operational support to pharmacy technician staff.
• Uphold Northern Health’s values and the standards of the College of Pharmacists of BC.

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 + accredited Pharmacy Technician program.
• 2 years recent, related experience or equivalent.
• Current practicing registration with the College of Pharmacists of BC.
• Valid BC Driver’s Licence.
