This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Administration Manager located in Winkler, MB. The HR & Administration Manager will oversee the daily operations of human resources and administrative functions. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding new employees, handling employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. Additionally, the role involves maintaining employee records, managing payroll, administering benefits, and developing HR policies and procedures. The HR & Administration Manager will also support general administrative tasks and provide strategic HR insights to support the company's growth and operational goals.

- Payroll Management, Benefits Administration, and HR Policy Development skills
- General Administration and Office Management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the manufacturing or construction industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is an asset
