About the Opportunity:

As a Training Manager at CarltonOne, you’ll lead the delivery of high-impact training experiences across both our client and employee ecosystem. This role is perfect for a dynamic facilitator with a background in SaaS platforms, product training, and instructional delivery.


You’ll be responsible for onboarding new clients, running engaging webinars, supporting high-touch accounts, and managing internal enablement programs that help our employees grow. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams, you’ll ensure that every training experience connects learners to our platform and drives long-term success.


Responsibilities:

Client-Facing Training

  • Deliver onboarding and product training for new clients via Zoom and other virtual platforms.
  • Provide ongoing training and tailored sessions for existing clients, ensuring adoption and satisfaction.
  • Host webinars and live training events to showcase platform features and best practices.

Internal Enablement

  • Lead new hire onboarding sessions and skills development programs for internal teams.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Support to align training content with current platform capabilities.
  • Maintain and evolve instructor-led training (ILT) programs for employees and partners.

Program Development

  • Support the design of training roadmaps, certification pathways, and learning plans.
  • Contribute to facilitation assessments and simulations used for certification evaluations.

Quality & Impact

  • Measure training effectiveness using learner feedback and analytics.
  • Continuously refine delivery methods and content to improve learner engagement and outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in training delivery, ideally within SaaS or technology environments.
  • Proven success in client onboarding, webinar facilitation, and instructor-led training.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo), Zoom, and other digital learning tools.
  • Ability to manage programs independently and evolve into a broader leadership role.


Nice to Have:

  • Background in tech training, product enablement, or SaaS ecosystems.
  • Experience developing certification programs or structured learning paths.
  • Familiarity with global training delivery and cross-functional enablement
