We’re looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern – Consumer Beauty & Prestige to join our E-Commerce & Digital team. You will work on a variety of Digital Media & E-Commerce projects with the objective of driving brand awareness, sales and disrupting the beauty industry in Canada.
Responsibilities
As our E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN, you are responsible for coordinating & executing the media campaigns for Consumer Beauty and Prestige Brands across all digital channels, National and Retailer Media
Your main focus:
The team consists of “E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN” working closely together with several departments such as Marketing and sales.

We’re looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Intern – Consumer Beauty & Prestige to join our E-Commerce & Digital team. You will work on a variety of Digital Media & E-Commerce projects with the objective of driving brand awareness, sales and disrupting the beauty industry in Canada.
Responsibilities
As our E-COMMERCE & DIGITAL MARKETING INTERN, you are responsible for coordinating & executing the media campaigns for Consumer Beauty and Prestige Brands across all digital channels, National and Retailer Media
Your main focus:
- Support and implement the overall digital marketing strategy across all the brands, Consumer Beauty and Prestige.
- Assist in the execution of overall digital media strategies with a focus on digital media plans, executions and optimizations including but not limited to SEM, AMS, CRM, Display, Social Media.
- Work with agencies, brand and sales teams to ensure campaign implementation, optimization, coordinate media launch, etc.
- Ensure successful digital media plan implementation, campaign plan, build, & launch
- Execute digital marketing aspects, including SEO/SEM, marketing data base, reporting, email marketing and paid social.
- Coordinate retailers COOP paid digital media activities, Amazon and retailer.ca.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams – global and local – to deliver consistent brand messaging in line with best practices and brand guidelines.
- Work with external agencies for campaign management and asset creation.

Qualifications
We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Passion for the Beauty Industry
- Committed to excellence in execution: Reliable, gets things done on time and takes responsibility for the quality of all deliverables.
- Interest in digital marketing (Pay to Play, Search, SEO) and E-Commerce
- A proven experience managing key online campaign with media buy and online campaigns.
- Analytical, structured, highly organized and a team player with hands on experience.
- Creator Mindset: ability to develop creative solutions, think strategically, analytically, and conceptually.
- Solution oriented and a problem solver, with a pro-active and ‘can do’ attitude.
- Strong Team Player: Ability to develop effective working relationships, being able to collaborate with others, demonstrating integrity and respect
- Self-starter: Passionate, enthusiastic, thrives on challenges and keeps a healthy attitude under pressure, takes charge of self-development
- Bilingual in French and English is an asset

- Base Salary Range: $35,776 per annum
