We’re seeking a Paid Media Specialist (Digital Activation), who is strong in campaign activation but also a natural collaborator and enabler. This role reports to the Team Lead, Ad Ops and is pivotal in shaping how our team works together — moving away from silos and building a culture of open communication, shared learning, and strong client partnership.


You’ll manage campaign activation across Search, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, LinkedIn, DV360, Amazon, and DOOH, and play a key role in ensuring every campaign is set up for success. Beyond execution, you’ll help the team grow by sharing knowledge, guiding best practices, and acting as a bridge between junior and senior members.

The Basics:

  • Team: Operations, Ad Ops
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Vacation: 15 days, prorated in the first year
  • Location: 100% remote with in-office days as required
  • Hours: 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule, able to cover 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Toronto, Ontario, Canada time zone. (Eastern Standard Time (EST))

About this Opportunity - What You'll Be Doing:

Campaign Setup & Activation

  • Translate media plans into accurate, efficient campaign setups across multiple platforms.
  • Proactively identify what’s needed — from placements to tracking, budgets, and financial info — ensuring no gaps before launch.
  • Partner with Campaign Managers and Client Services to align activation with client goals.

Tracking & Reporting

  • Manage campaign tagging and tracking via Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4.
  • Deliver weekly, bi-weekly, and end-of-campaign reports with clear insights and client-ready recommendations.
  • Experiment with better ways of presenting data to highlight business impact.

Team Enablement & Communication

  • Share knowledge openly — helping team members learn, troubleshoot, and grow.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by breaking down silos and ensuring smooth handoffs.
  • Act as a role model for respectful, clear, and client-focused communication.

Adaptability & Growth

  • Embrace the opportunities of our agency’s transition and contribute fresh ideas.

Does This Sound Like You?

  • Experience: 3–4 years in paid media activation and reporting (agency experience a plus).
  • Knowledge: Understanding of campaign setup, tracking, and performance metrics across multiple platforms.
  • Tools: Proficiency in : Search, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, DV360, Amazon, DOOH.
  • Skills & Mindset:

  • Ability to translate client needs into actionable campaign requirements.
  • Proactive problem-solver who spots gaps before they become issues.
