COMPENSATION:

Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% of collections and higher (depending on experience)

SCHEDULE:

  • 5 days per week
  • Flexible scheduling to support your ideal work-life balance
  • No evening or weekend obligations unless desired

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution, OR successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
  • Current registration or active registration process with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta
  • Licensed to practice dentistry in Alberta (we welcome those registered in other Canadian provinces)
  • A caring professional who values authentic patient relationships
  • Natural ability to communicate with warmth and clarity
