Key Responsibilities
- Identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with the company’s growth targets
- Build and manage a pipeline of potential acquisition targets
- Lead due diligence processes and coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
- Structure and finalize acquisition transactions
- Manage integration planning post-acquisition in collaboration with operations
- Develop financial models and ROI analyses for acquisition opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations and updates to leadership on pipeline and progress
- Monitor market trends, valuation benchmarks, and competitor activity
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in corporate development, private equity, investment banking, or consulting with a focus on M&A
- Proven track record executing multiple acquisitions
- Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (Excel)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree
- Experience leading cross-functional integration initiatives
- Base salary: $90,000 – $120,000 USD
- Performance bonus up to 30% of base
